Systems people, not software salespeople
Asterline was built by people trained to find the one broken step in a process and fix it — not add another tool on top of it.
Our background is industrial engineering: the discipline built around designing and optimizing operational systems, from throughput to workflow to bottleneck analysis, studied at the graduate and undergraduate level at top engineering programs.
We brought that training to fire and life safety operations because the problem is the same one industrial engineers solve everywhere else — work gets stuck between steps, not within them. Inspections stall waiting on reports. Deficiencies stall waiting on quotes. Quotes stall waiting on invoices. That's a process problem before it's a software problem, and it's exactly what we're trained to see and fix.
We engineer the fix, then build the system around it
We don't sell a shelf product and hope it fits. Every build starts with mapping your actual process end to end.
Map
We map your last 90 days from schedule to payment and find where time and money are leaking.
Baseline
We measure the KPIs that actually matter for your operation, so improvement is provable, not anecdotal.
Engineer
We design the fix for your single costliest bottleneck first, without ripping out software that already works.
Build
We build and launch the system around that fix, then expand it once the first bottleneck is gone.
